great location and staff, a very nice stay in their experience. beautifully maintained units on the 1st floor. the early check-in process too.

Accommodating staff members were with outstanding customer service.

It had every detail we needed, we loved staff and atmosphere.

Tidy units that pulls out from a chest. The staff were helpful, ready to any request. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, perfect location.

No complaint, I liked this place, recommend. Booked a room with nice views of the mountains. There was lots of food for breakfast, everything was fab.

Excellent value for money for the area. Impressive place and gorgeous room. It was near the local beach. Staff cheerful & was willing to help. I ordered a self service breakfast, it was outstanding.

Staff were CUSTOMER-ORIENTED, hotel was fairly clean, set in very nice area near downtown Palm Springs and downtown and the airport. Rooms - brand-new, bright with a king bed and a working air conditioner, as example.

I liked everything, it was very good. Customer-facing and good looking staff. Spacious room, great bed and excellent bathroom. The venue was set in the central position so close to hiking and downtown and the airport.

The placement was prime and the service was personalised! Staff were happy to help, everything was outstanding, would come here again. Breakfast included cereal, bread and cheese and was tasty. The piano bar was fab and the drinks were bottled.

Views appeared to be not very good.

Would happily return when I'm in Palm Springs. Free breakfast and the staff is HUMBLE. Awesome view, a little balcony, lovely bed, too. Loved very quick check-in and fast check-out.

Nice relaxing hotel, my favourite in Palm Springs. The staff did all they can for a nice stay. The room I booked was neat and newly renovated. I loved the bed, it was very comfy.

Facilities were wonderful, however wi-fi signal was very weak.

The location was impressive, pet-friendly rooms and an upgraded hotel. Best beds, mosquito nets, cable television and free tea were a nice touch. Breakfast was generous and coffee, cereal, bread and cheese were amazing. There was a comfy restaurant, the shops and supermarkets next door.

Facility was spotlessly clean and well maintained. I got free upgrade and loved it. Very pretty location to Araby Trailhead. I had a really unforgettable stay and would recommend this property...

It's decent place for visiting some must see attractions in Palm Springs. Greatly enjoyed your manager.

a wide range of extra supplies: central heating, a coffee machine and a dvd player. appreciated sunny patio.

The total experience was great! If your plans include visiting palm springs air museum, you should stay here.

Everything we needed, like Vons was placed only a short distance to the hotel. Venue was so perfect. The a private swimming pool was useful during our city break;)))
